Jurgis Matulevičius is a director and screenwriter from Lithuania. He graduated film directing at Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. Following short films that were well received at international festivals, his first feature ISAAC (2019) premiered at Tallinn Black Nights. It was nominated for the European Discovery – Prix FIPRESCI at the EFAs 2020, participated in numerous festivals (Slamdance, Glasgow, Cottbus), and was selected as the Lithuanian entry for the Best International Feature Film at the 94th Academy Awards.
